  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase.
  • We ship via USPS First Class/Ground or Priority Mail, depending on the package weight.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
✔ You must email us first at [email protected] before returning any item.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items:
🚫 Damaged goods are not eligible for refunds. Please inspect your order upon arrival.
🚫 Custom fabric orders cannot be returned.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within [2 business days].


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, but we will assist in tracking your package if needed.
